When I was preparing for Urban Craft Uprising I was really flying blind.  Having never done a craft show before I had no real idea of how much inventory I would actually need.  When I heard that there were going to be upwards of 10,000 people I thought my plan of action would be to have enough for 1 percent of the people who would come through the doors.  Long story short, I got worried about running out of inventory so I added a bunch of fabric to my order.  Well, my sales weren’t what my anxiety was telling me they may be so I now have a bunch of extra fabric.
